By accepting our quote, you agree to the stated services, pricing, payment terms, hire period and property-access requirements. All hired items remain our property, and the client is responsible for loss or damage while they are on-site.
Changes, cancellations and additional hire fees are handled according to the accepted quote. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
